Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas sits within MacDonald Highlands, Henderson’s most exclusive residential enclave. The 11-acre site occupies a private oasis in the mountains, adjacent to the Dragon Ridge Country Club — a members-only community golf and fitness club included in the residence ownership package. The dual-tower project was designed by WATG (Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo) with interiors by Wimberly Interiors. Developed by Azure Resorts & Hotels in partnership with Luxus Developments and Two Roads Development.
Residences range from 2,300 to 8,350 interior square feet, with additional outdoor terrace space up to 3,650 sq ft. Semi-private elevators, private garages, and private chef services are standard across the building.
Standalone Villas: A Rare Product
Six standalone family-style villas sit on the project’s private grounds — a product type almost entirely absent from branded-residence offerings in the US. Most branded residences are high-rise condominiums. The Las Vegas villas offer private ground-floor living with Four Seasons service, a combination that commands a significant premium over tower residences. Villa inventory is extremely limited and unlikely to reappear at this project.
