Aman Beverly Hills is Aman’s first California property and the largest ultra-luxury residential project in Los Angeles history. Up to 200 private residences across two towers — 28 and 31 stories — at One Beverly Hills, at the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards. A 10-acre botanical garden by Norman Foster, a 100,000-square-foot Aman Club, and 78 Aman hotel suites surround the residences. $4.3 billion in construction financing was finalized in March 2026. Both towers are in full vertical construction. Phased delivery begins late 2027, ahead of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.

One Beverly Hills: The Development

One Beverly Hills is a 17.5-acre campus at Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards, integrating the existing Beverly Hilton, the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, and the new Aman development into a single interconnected site. The Aman component includes two residential towers, an 78-suite Aman hotel, a 100,000 sq ft Aman Club with wellness facilities, and a 10-acre botanical garden designed by Norman Foster’s studio. Developed by Cain International and Eldridge Industries. Construction began February 2024. Phased delivery begins late 2027.

First tower is reported at approximately 60% under contract as of mid-2026. Pricing is not expected to soften before delivery.

Aman Beverly Hills vs Aman New York

Aman now has two US properties: New York (22 units in the Crown Building) and Beverly Hills (up to 200 units across two towers). They are fundamentally different products.
